Overview
The Customer Service Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience by efficiently handling inquiries, orders, complaints, and feedback. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and service.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Provide product, service, and account information to customers.
Assist with customer onboarding and education regarding company offerings.
Monitor and report on customer service metrics and trends to management.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
