Responsibilities

Support and work directly with the Chief of Staff to the CRO, focusing on operational, analytical, and administrative tasks such as routine reporting and data aggregation, meeting coordination and follow‑ups, documentation preparation and formatting, and internal communications and tracking.

Assist the CoS in allowing focus on strategy, execution, and cross‑functional coordination to drive strategic revenue initiatives and improve operational efficiency across sales, marketing and customer success.

Collaborate directly with the Chief of Staff, the CRO and senior leadership team, receiving guidance and mentorship in communications, enablement, change management and people‑focused programs, as well as basics in sales and Human Capital Management software products.

Gain experience in reporting, data analysis, advanced communication skills and exposure to new platforms and tools.

Provide visibility and connections across the Americas region, supporting operational efficiency, unlocking strategic capacity, and contributing directly to improved revenue outcomes while advancing a people‑focused culture and future transformation pipeline.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, economics or a related field; open to juniors/seniors (or strong sophomores with relevant experience).

Background or experience in operations, consulting, project management or student leadership with demonstrated ability to manage projects, events or initiatives.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic spreadsheet skills for data organization and simple analysis, and strong written and oral communication. Familiarity with project tools such as Mural and Forms, basic data analysis or research skills, and experience creating presentations and reports.

Shows initiative, curiosity, and ownership in past experience, willing to own and try new things.

Pay
Targeted hourly pay range: 15–40 USD. Actual offer will be within this range based on education, skills, experience, scope of role, location and other factors.
