Job Description
The Office Supervisor oversees daily administrative and office operations within a bakery manufacturing facility. The role ensures efficient office workflow, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between administrative staff and plant departments such as production, quality, warehouse, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support office and administrative staff

Coordinate daily office operations, scheduling, and workflow

Maintain accurate records related to production, inventory, payroll, and purchasing

Serve as a liaison between office staff and plant operations

Ensure timely processing of invoices, reports, and internal documentation

Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork, timekeeping, and employee records

Assist with compliance documentation related to food safety, audits, and regulatory requirements

Bilingual is a plus!

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in an office supervisory or administrative leadership role

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
