Strategic Equity Investors, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, seeks an in-house controller to oversee all accounting and treasury management activities. The role includes leading the monthly close process, preparing financial statements, and managing relationships with external partners. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and preferably NetSuite.
