Position: Shift Supervisor, full-time.
Location: Via Christi Saint Francis - 929 North Saint Francis, Wichita, KS 67214
Schedule: Full-time; Days may vary, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Job Summary
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement: Prior management experience is preferred.
