PATIENT SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time PATIENT SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
Location: Mission Hospital – 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801. Online applications only.
Schedule: Full‑time; open availability preferred. Days and hours may vary, with rotating weekends and all major holidays. Details will be provided in the interview.
Requirement: 1 year of prior supervisory experience.
Pay Range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
Job Summary
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate employee performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet acceptable standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
Serve as the contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
One (1) year of supervisory experience.
Ability to perform essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
