ERA & AR Specialist - Dental Reimbursement & Payments

Heartland Dental is seeking an Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) Specialist to support our accounts receivable team. The role involves processing electronic remittance advice, providing customer service to offices, and ensuring timely ERA posting. Candidates must have knowledge of ERA and EFT, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A minimum of 2 years in dental claims processing is desirable, along with proficiency in MS Office and relevant dental payors.
