Maintenance Technician
is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation.
Responsibilities
Perform daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community.
Provide services for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
Show high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management and customer service.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
Reliable transportation.
Availability for 24‑hour, on‑call maintenance on schedule.
Owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement awarded).
