Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated RealPage Administrator to join our team at our corporate office in Lexington, Kentucky. The RealPage Administrator is responsible for reviewing, supporting, and implementing new processes and modules within OneSite Accounting. This role requires a strong understanding of the platform and how interconnected modules (such as Leasing & Rents) impact financial reporting. The administrator will also serve as the primary liaison with RealPage for system support related to Accounting functions.

Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with RealPage software
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Advanced technical skills with ability to learn and adapt to system changes
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities
Review RealPage system updates related to Accounting and collaborate with the team to implement changes and provide training
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reporting, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reports, and create new reports as needed
Evaluate AP and AR processes to identify efficiencies and implement RealPage best practices
Recommend and implement new system modules in alignment with management direction
Serve as the primary liaison with RealPage for troubleshooting and resolution of Accounting and Treasury system issues
Test new product functionality and assess impacts on existing processes
Set up and onboard new locations within the Accounting system, ensuring a complete and accurate implementation
Support special projects as assigned by the CFO
