location to support production operations.
Pay Rate:
$22/hr - $25/hr
Responsibilities
Set up, monitor, and optimize production processes and equipment
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
Perform process adjustments to improve efficiency, quality, and output
Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment is operating within specifications
Support new product launches, trials, and process validations
Document process parameters, changes, and production data
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipments
Experience with injection molding, stamping, or automated production lines (as applicable)
Familiarity with PLC systems and basic programming
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
