
Human Resources Manager

As the Senior People Advisor, you will serve as an HR partner for both commercial and manufacturing teams, providing guidance and support across a wide range of people-related matters.
You will work closely with managers across functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Operations, ensuring that HR policies, employee initiatives, and organizational practices support both employee engagement and business objectives.
This role requires a visible HR presence, spending time on-site (New Jersey / New York / Wisconsin) to build strong relationships and provide direct support to employees and leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a trusted HR partner for leadership and employees across multiple sites
Advising managers on HR policies, employee relations, and operational HR matters
Managing complex employee cases, including disciplinary issues, underperformance, illness, and exits
Supporting and implementing performance management and job grading processes
Leading and supporting HR projects with measurable business impact
Managing relationships with labor unions, including participating in collective bargaining
Supporting compensation and benefits cycles in collaboration with regional Rewards leadership
Implementing new HR policies and organizational initiatives
Contributing to organizational development activities, including restructuring and position management
Coaching or mentoring HR colleagues
Driving improvements in employee experience and workplace culture
In this role, you will collaborate with an international HR team across North America, contributing to shared HR practices and helping strengthen the organization’s people agenda.
