This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Dublin where you will lead the IT helpdesk, manage escalations, and support the engineering team. It’s a hands‑on position in a collaborative environment with real ownership of service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT support experience with some leadership exposure and knowledge of ITIL. You will oversee SLA performance, incident management, and continuous improvement across end‑user and business systems. Required Experience
5+ years’ experience in IT support, with exposure to senior or team lead responsibilities
Proven ability to take ownership of a service desk and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong technical experience across end‑user support, business applications, and core systems
Experience working with ITIL processes, including incident and change management
Strong communication skills with experience engaging both teams and stakeholders
Hold a full Irish driving licence and have own transport
