Overview
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Expert in implementing and supporting Cisco SDA (DNA Center, ISE integration, fabric onboarding) and Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including security policies, NAT, routing; VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access); Panorama management and threat prevention profiles; Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments; Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability; Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration; Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains; Real-time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls (Wireshark).

Roles & Responsibilities
Troubleshooting Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing callbacks ensuring issues are resolved with appropriate solutions in a high-pressure factory environment.
Investigate causes, test solutions, and suggest solutions to reduce time to resolve network-related tickets.
Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
Understand network support priorities and actively contribute to objectives.
Lead technically in Operational issues in a high-pressure environment engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.
Assist Level 1 & Level 2 resources to address network-related issues.
Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
Resourceful with the ability to work independently; strong time management and attention to detail; ability to multi-task with shifting priorities.
Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 a year
