What You’ll Be Doing
Operate excavators safely and efficiently to support production goals
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Move, load, and manage materials according to site requirements
Follow safety procedures and communicate hazards promptly
Support day‑to‑day site operations and assist teammates as needed
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated skill operating excavators or similar heavy equipment
Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
Strong situational awareness in active work zones
Capability to complete physical tasks in outdoor environments
Consistent, reliable work habits and effective communication
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
