5:30 am – 3:00 pm
Hourly Compensation:
$17.50 – $18.00 (annual $47,000 – $53,000)
Responsibilities
Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee daily operations of food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
Actively monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
Work Schedule
Work days vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.
Reports to
Store Manager
Qualifications
Customer focus.
Strong work ethic with high integrity.
Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all levels of the store team.
Ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust.
Adaptability to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.
Effective communication with leadership team members.
Identify effective team alignment to enhance performance.

Initiate action and achieve goals.
Organized, detail‑oriented and able to follow practices/procedures.
Analyze reporting results.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Retail management experience.
At least 21 years old.
Valid driver license.
