Job Description
ABM is looking for a Maintenance staff to support a building or facility through light mechanical maintenance, housekeeping, and supplies management.
Schedule & Compensation
Days: Monday‑Friday
Time: 8:00am‑4:30pm
Pay: $18.00 hourly
Responsibilities
Change light bulbs, clean spills, empty trash, and perform light mechanical maintenance
Maintain regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe
Report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to a Supervisor
Track and report on supplies inventory
Be flexible and willing to complete all tasks assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
