Position Summary
As the Process Utility Forklift Operator, you will utilize powered safety trucks to transport supplies, chemicals and ingredients from storage areas to required locations throughout the plant. Transports starch to storage location. Maintains the integrity of material consumption within the SAP environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create, release and input data for process orders in SAP
Empties rock trap totes as needed
Maintains the material staging areas in such a way as to ensure FIFO, FEFO and food safety is accurate
Operate forklift in accordance with company policy
Perform the distribution of materials for consumption along the batch management guidelines that demands materials are consumed against the correct process order
Responsible for daily and downtime sanitation
Responsible for the accuracy of all inventories staged for processing
Unload chemicals from transport trucks
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Minimum 3 months related experience and/or training
Have or be able to obtain McCain Forklift Certification
Computer, language and mathematical skills
Physical Demand

Frequently:
Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Occasionally:
Stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste and smell.
