Position Summary:
As a mixing deck operator, you will measure and add proper ingredients as directed by parameter sheet. Change cutters as needed. Greases and maintains equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Change cutters depending on product being made. Change out, inspect, clean, and lubricate all cutters systems as needed.
Maintain all equipment on ingredient deck, surrounding area.
Measure and add proper ingredients as directed by parameter sheet.
Maintain equipment to ensure optimum performance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of or ability to learn touch screen computer systems and Infinity Database software.
Required to complete certification through the Operator Training Program.
