for numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Maintenance Technicians play a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work.
Responsibilities
Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
Delivers various communications to residents as needed
Provide the best quality customer service to our residents

Hold current HVAC certification
3-5 years relevant experience
Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills- will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
Must be able to work on-call
