Maintenance Tech II - III Lead / Certified Pool Operator

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech/Certified Pool Operator. Must have 2+ years experience. Knowledgeable with pool motors, pool heaters, and electrical.

Job Description

Must have 2 years experience in Hotels/Apartments Hospitality

Performs maintenance repairs such as plumbing, painting, lighting fixtures and electrical needs.

Promptly responds to front desk reports of guest issues or concerns.

Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems

Perform maintenance activities in the guest rooms such as plunging, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, AC and/or AC ducts

Must have knowledge in pools, maintaining pool water quality according to and above state standards, cleaning, vacuuming, back washing.

Maintain a logbook in accordance to DHEC standards

Experience

Maintenance/Pools: 2 year (preferred)

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have a CPO License
