CRM Data Specialist
to join our Marketing team. As a CRM Data Specialist, you will support the firm’s CRM business development database and related business systems, contributing to data quality, reporting, and system effectiveness. This role partners closely with the CRM System & Data Manager, Business Development, Business Technology, and other internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, business development processes, and key performance metrics. You will help ensure data is reliable and accurate, system performance is consistent, and user adoption is improved through user support and training.
This position is open in the following office locations: Austin, Corpus Christi, Fort Worth, Frisco, Houston, San Marcos, and San Antonio, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Rogers, AR; Tampa, FL; and Charlotte, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem, NC.
Responsibilities
Manage CRM data throughout its lifecycle, including governance, maintenance, and process improvement
Analyze and process opportunity change requests, deletions, and duplicate records using independent judgment
Audit CRM data using maintenance reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Support integration of data from systems such as accounting, HRIS, and Active Directory and troubleshoot issues
Administer contact mailing lists, including creation, updates, and data imports
Assist with reporting and dashboards to support business development metrics and key performance indicators
Develop, maintain, and deliver CRM training materials, including guides, webinars, and communications
Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors on system bugs
Manage CRM licenses and support mailbox inquiries while prioritizing user needs
Identify trends, recommend improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
6+ years of experience working with CRM systems, enterprise business systems, or large databases
High School Diploma or equivalent
Advanced experience with data management, data analysis, and reporting
Experience exercising independent judgment in managing data structure, workflows, and system processes
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing demands
Preferred
Higher education is preferred but not required and can be substituted for years of experience
Experience with Cosential CRM platform
Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence tools
Experience integrating data across systems such as ERP or HRIS
Experience developing and delivering user training
