Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and motivated litigation professional to join a national trial team defending major corporations in high‑stakes matters across state and federal courts. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and clients to develop and execute strategic defense approaches that align with business objectives while mitigating litigation risk. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across industries including franchise, chemical, ridesharing, social media, software, medical devices, manufacturing, private equity, construction, real estate, technology, and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a national trial team on complex, high‑risk litigation matters.
Assist in developing case strategy and preparing for trial.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
Communicate effectively with clients to support tailored defense strategies.
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
3–7 years of litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and persuasive advocacy skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
