Monday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Thursday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Friday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Saturday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Sunday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a hotel and resort location.
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, guest areas, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and activity throughout the location, assisting with visitor direction, policy awareness, and reporting of maintenance, lighting, and/or property concerns.
Support a welcoming environment by maintaining a visible presence, providing courteous assistance, and following Allied Universal standards for incident response, reporting, and customer interactions.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
Minimum age: 18 years for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants with criminal histories will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
Drug screening as permitted by law.
Licensing requirements subject to state or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
