Job Summary
Well established Georgia law firm seeking experienced transactional attorney to join a growing team. This opportunity involves a caseload encompassing multiple practice areas, with a hybrid schedule, competitive salary, and great firm culture.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of government and commercial contracts.

Advise clients on procurement regulations and compliance requirements.

Support real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and title matters.

Assist with policy drafting and legislative matters.

Provide day‑to‑day transactional counsel to government officials and their staff.

Handle transactions in the areas of Government Contracting & Procurement, Real Estate & Title Matters, Policy Development & Implementation, Commercial Transactions, Corporate Governance & Compliance, Construction Contracts, Finance & Banking, and Municipal Contracts.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of recent transactional experience in a law‑firm setting.

Strong academic credentials, J.D. from an accredited university.

Exceptional organizational, written, and oral advocacy skills.

Stable employment history.

Government law experience preferred but not required.
