Crumbl is hiring a
full-time Shift Manager
to help lead daily operations and run a variety of shifts across our bakery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front, and may be looking to grow into higher-level leadership.
Shift Managers work closely with store leadership to ensure strong execution, team accountability, and consistent production throughout the day.
Schedule & Availability
Full-time position
Must have open availability between
6am–11pm, Monday–Saturday
Closed Sundays — guaranteed day off
What You’ll Do
Lead and run shifts independently
Supervise and support a team of bakers and crew
Assign stations and manage workflow
Ensure production stays on pace (dough, baking, frosting)
Maintain quality and food safety standards
Provide excellent customer service
Train and coach team members
Support opening, closing, and daily operations
Growth Opportunity

Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
Able to stand for shift duration and lift 10–55 lbs
