Job Details
We are seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in construction defect and/or personal injury to handle cases from inception through resolution. The role is ideal for an attorney comfortable managing a caseload, communicating with clients, and handling day‑to‑day litigation responsibilities in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of construction defect and personal injury matters
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Attending hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Communicating directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Handling law and motion practice
Preparing cases for trial as needed
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Experience in construction defect and/or personal injury litigation
Ability to manage cases independently
Strong writing and analytical skills
Comfortable handling depositions and court appearances
Organized and able to manage deadlines in a remote setting
