Qualifications
3-4 years of trademark and copyright prosecution experience, domestic and global prosecution, strategy, enforcement, and management.
Trademark counseling, performing clearance searches and analysis, and portfolio management experience.
Experience with trademark disputes, internet and e-commerce, online investigations and general enforcement matters, including TTAB oppositions.
Additional experience in drafting and negotiating IP and trademark agreements.
Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
