Emergency Medicine ED Shifts Jackson, OH (IMLC accepted) Details
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed (approximately 60+ days)

- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM Äì 8:00 PM, 8:00 PM Äì 8:00 AM)
- Minimum Commitment: 5+ shifts per month (8 Äì10 preferred) with 12+ months ongoing availability
- Annual ED Volume: 18,527
- Patients per Shift: 15 Äì20
- Beds in Department: 11
- EMR: AllScripts / Paragon
- Fast Track: Yes
- Estimated Credentialing: 60+ days
- Physician oversees APP coverage
- ED physician writes admission orders
- Transfers to tertiary centers when required
- Active OH license or IMLC (LOQ required within 3 business days of acceptance)
- Board Certified ABMS/AOA in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Medicine experience
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
- COVID vaccination
- Clean malpractice and background history
- NPDB self-query within 30 days at time of name clear
- Availability for nights and weekends Details
- Emergency department evaluation and treatment
- Adult and pediatric emergency care
- Trauma assessment and stabilization
- Emergency procedures and resuscitation
- Coordination of hospital admissions and transfers
- Collaboration with consulting specialists including radiology, cardiology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, urology, and hematology/oncology Details
- Rate cap: Negotiable (Facility is accepting bids)
- No overtime permitted
- Medical staff fees not reimbursed
- Travel must be booked through OVP
