OB/GYN Call Only Wilson, NC This Role Beeper call coverage with strong unit and provider support Opportunity to work with a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic cases including circumcisions Inpatient setting with dedicated support staff Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Call Only Schedule: Beeper call, response time 15 minutes, call ratio 1:4 Patients per Day: 3-5 Call Details: Admissions 4 per shift, phone consults 5, 25% call-backs EMR: MediTech Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active NC license ACLS and PALS Clean history Details Scope: Inpatient obstetrics and gynecology including routine and complicated deliveries, obstetric ultrasounds, minor and major gynecologic surgery Typical Procedures: Vaginal deliveries, low forceps (preferred), cesarean sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions Low and high-risk pregnancy management FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) OB ultrasounds Level I/II Amniocentesis Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Surgical gynecology: open, laparoscopic minor (tubal ligation, LOA), operative major (preferred) Laser procedures Circumcisions Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
