Urogynecology Clinic + Call Anchorage, AK Details

- Setting: Outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and telehealth
- Schedule Structure:
- 2 weeks per month onsite clinic coverage (8:00 AM Äì 5:00 PM)
- Night call during clinic weeks
- 24-hour weekend call during clinic weeks
- Remaining 2 weeks per month virtual call coverage (24-hour call)
- Patients per Day: 15
- EMR: Epic
- Trauma Level: Level 2
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 10 APPs
- Board Certified in Pediatric Endocrinology
- Active state license (AK license can be obtained with temporary license option)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean history Details
- Pediatric endocrinology outpatient clinic coverage
- Management of endocrine disorders in pediatric patients
- Telehealth consultations and inpatient endocrine support
- Shared call coverage with phone consults and inpatient consult availability
- Long-term continuity of care preferred Notes
- Preference for providers able to support both onsite clinic weeks and virtual call coverage
- OT applies after 40 clinical hours per week
