The Rotation Model
The facility requires a single provider to manage both blocks to ensure continuity of care for their pediatric patients.
- Block A: Onsite Clinic (2 Weeks/Month)
- Day Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
- Call: Weeknight call + 24-hour weekend hospital call.
- Compensation: Overtime (OT) paid after 40 clinical hours per week.
- Block B: Virtual Call (2 Weeks/Month)
- Schedule: 24-hour remote hospital call coverage (no onsite presence required).
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Pediatric Endocrinology.
- Licensure: Active Alaska (AK) license preferred.
