be comfortable driving to larger cities such as Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus. When not on the road, this individual will assist on the floor and provide support for various office tasks as needed.

We are looking for a caring, outgoing, and energetic individual to join our team as a
Receptionist / Transportation Aide . This role offers a rewarding work environment with an opportunity to enhance and make a difference in the lives of our residents. This unique position combines responsibilities in
transportation, resident care, receptionist support, and facility assistance , providing variety and flexibility throughout the day.
Job Responsibilities
Assisting with transportation needs, including driving residents to and from appointments or other destinations, with a focus on trips to larger cities such as
Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus
Supporting transportation logistics, including preparing residents for travel, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety during transit
Assisting on the floor or performing additional support duties when not driving, based on facility needs
Performing other related duties as assigned or requested
Greeting visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls appropriately
Assisting with basic clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Supporting communication between departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Required Credentials
CNA/STNA certification required
Must possess a
valid driver’s license for 6 years
with a clean driving record
Comfortable and flexible with driving to larger cities such as Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
