Job Description
Front Office Supervisor – Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort (HOT0CHDN).

Key Responsibilities

Assign work and supervise front‑office team members in all procedures, including guest check‑in and check‑out, lobby traffic and flow, luggage assistance, telephone operator services, and determination of room rates and availability.

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints.

Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, inform and train team members.

Monitor and evaluate team member performance, ensuring quality standards are met.

Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of front desk experience.

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Enthusiasm for developing others through training, leadership, and engagement.

Shift Pattern
Full‑time; requires full availability, including weekends and holidays.

Hourly Rate
$21.00 per hour.
