Shift: Days (Monday Friday, No weekends, No call, Late shifts end by 5 PM)

Position Details:
Patient Population: All Ages (Pediatrics to Geriatrics)
Setting: Outpatient Surgery Center / Ambulatory Care
Responsibilities: Pre-anesthesia assessments, anesthesia administration, patient monitoring, airway management, post-anesthesia care
Required Procedures: General anesthesia, regional anesthesia, monitored anesthesia care
EMR System: TBD
Support Staff: CRNAs and Physicians
Days Per Month: Full-Time
On-Call/Weekends: None

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA Required
• Active Michigan RN License Required
• ACLS and BLS Required
• NPDB Self Query (Within 30 Days) Required
• Minimum 2 Years CRNA Experience Required
• DEA Required (Prior to Start)
• CSR/CDS Required (Prior to Start)
• Clean Malpractice and License History Required
• Willingness to Travel to Other Sites Required
