Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Permanent Position Overview: Join Mercy Health Physicians, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, as a full-time OB/GYN dedicated to providing comprehensive women s health services within a respected, patient-centered healthcare system. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to serve the Cincinnati community while advancing your clinical expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver full-spectrum OB/GYN care, including outpatient visits, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and gynecologic surgeries. Manage deliveries and surgeries at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital, a facility equipped with a Level II NICU, with support from the University of Cincinnati for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Collaborate closely with certified nurse-midwives to optimize patient outcomes and enhance care quality. Participate in a balanced weekly schedule: three days dedicated to outpatient clinic hours and two days for surgical procedures. Engage in a shared call rotation (1:6), ensuring thorough coverage and work-life balance. Provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient s needs while maintaining your professional development. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship support available for new physicians. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Ohio medical license. Commitment to high-quality patient care and staying current with clinical best practices. No visa sponsorship (J1 or H1B) available.
