• Duration: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,150 - $7,280
• Shifts: 10 clinic shifts per month, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (one day may include surgeries)
• Call: Occasional night and 24-hour call shifts (7:00 am - 7:00 am)
• Setting: On-site hospital (6 beds) with onsite lab, ultrasound, and dedicated nursing staff
• EMR: Meditech experience preferred

Required Qualifications - OBGYN Physician

• Board Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) - Board certified required (no Board Eligible)
• Active Michigan medical license at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• COVID-19 vaccination required at time of name clear
• Clean background for expedited credentialing
• Currently participates in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS
• Self-query NPDB within the month at time of presentation
• Local, drive-in providers preferred; at least 1 year of OBGYN clinical experience

Key Responsibilities - Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Provide comprehensive OBGYN coverage including outpatient clinic, scheduled surgeries, and call shifts
• Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies (approximately 46 patients due in August; 28% high-risk)
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries: vaginal deliveries, C-sections, breech, multiple births
• Repair 3rd and 4th degree perineal lacerations and manage obstetric emergencies
• Perform gynecologic procedures including ectopic pregnancy management, oophorectomy, cystectomy, and extensive LOAs
• Collaborate closely with a team of 2 physicians and dedicated nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
• Utilize onsite lab and ultrasound for timely diagnosis and patient management
• Document all patient encounters accurately in Meditech EMR
