In this position, you will manage radiation therapy patients, perform urgent consults, follow-ups, and on-treatment evaluations, ensuring optimal care delivery within a supportive team setting. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with no weekend or call commitments, making it ideal for professionals seeking consistent scheduling. Key Responsibilities: See 5-10 patients daily in an outpatient clinical setting Manage radiation oncology cases utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as TrueBeam linear accelerators and Siemens Go-Sim CT Simulator Collaborate with a dedicated team supported by 3 RNs and a secretary Provide coverage during specified vacation periods Required Skills: Valid state medical license to practice medicine in Ohio Board Certification in Radiation Oncology Proven experience in radiation therapy procedures Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to perform all necessary procedures and manage patient care independently Nice to Have Skills: Prior locum or temporary assignment experience Familiarity with advanced radiation treatment planning systems Ability to adapt to different clinical workflows and equipment Preferred Education & Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in radiation oncology Prior experience working with linear accelerators and CT simulators Other Requirements: Malpractice insurance with minimum coverage of $1M per occurrence and $3M annual aggregate, with a reputable insurer rated B+ or better Willingness to travel and cover assignments in Findlay, Ohio Availability for the following dates (preferably June 8-12, 2026; others as options): 6/8/-6/12/2026, 6/29-7/2/2026, 8/3-8/7/2026, 8/10-8/14/2026, 10/26-10/30/2026 Ability to perform all case types; no pediatric cases required Experience with radiation/therapy patients and equipment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay rate of $0.00 Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Support with licensure, certification, travel, and accommodation reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success throughout your assignment We welcome candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding care and are eager to collaborate within a dynamic clinical environment.
