Required Skills: Current North Carolina medical license Active NC DEA registration and NC Medicaid credential Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience delivering babies; case logs from the past 24 months required Ability to handle emergent C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and GYN procedures Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 No recent or open malpractice cases or disciplinary actions Ability to work within designated regions (within 20 minutes of hospital) Nice to Have Skills: Experience with high-risk deliveries Proficiency with hospital electronic medical records systems Familiarity with high-acuity maternity and GYN services Bilingual abilities Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency or fellowship completed in Obstetrics and Gynecology Minimum 2 years of clinical practice in a hospital setting Other Requirements: Enrolled with PECOS as a provider Willingness to round on patients, attend on-call emergent procedures, and respond to high-risk transfers Capable of covering hospital shifts including 24-hour call, with availability for emergent C-sections and GYN procedures Must reside within 20 minutes of the hospital No recent malpractice or disciplinary actions; provide detailed case logs Ability to provide case logs, recent activity documentation, and travel reimbursement details (cap at $500) Enjoy a highly supportive work environment with comprehensive benefits, including competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, paid sick time per law, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and more.
