What You'll Need Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. Board certification or eligibility in Urology. Proven expertise in managing common urological procedures such as kidney stones, stent placements, hematuria management, and difficult catheterizations. Strong clinical skills with ability to perform inpatient rounding, outpatient consultations, and emergency procedures. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to respond promptly to call-backs within 20 minutes and document clinical notes accurately. Capacity to work independently while adhering to hospital protocols. Nice to Have Skills Experience with complex urological cases or high-volume clinical settings. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) system documentation requirements. Additional certifications such as Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) or Urological Ultrasound Certification. Preferred Education and Experience Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school. Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in urology practice, preferably in hospital settings. Prior experience in 24-hour call coverage is advantageous. Other Requirements Availability starting on June 10, 2026, with ongoing scheduled coverage. Ability to commit to 24-hour call coverage, including pre-rounding, discharge, and on-call hours. Willingness to provide timely and thorough documentation of all clinical encounters. No in-house call required; physicians only need to be onsite for callback hours. Must have reliable transportation to respond within 20 minutes during on-call periods. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00. Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit.
