Urology Physician (Locum Tenens)

Required Skills:

• Board certified or eligible in Urology.
• Proven experience in urological procedures such as kidney stones, stent placements, and hematuria management.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent documentation skills for timesheet and record entries.
• Ability to respond to callback within 20 minutes.
• Competence in managing inpatient consultations and performing hospital procedures.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with difficult catheter placements.
• Familiarity with CBI (Continuous Bladder Irrigation) protocols.
• Prior work in a hospital setting involving inpatient rounding and consultation.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid medical license.
• Minimum of 2 years post-residency urology practice.
• Prior locum or hospital-based urology experience is advantageous.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on June 10, 2026, with ongoing coverage.
• Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts, including night and weekend calls.
• Must possess or obtain necessary medical licensure and certifications.
• Travel reimbursements and associated expenses covered when applicable.
