Required Skills: Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology Arizona medical license or IMLC eligibility (licensing process monitored) DEA certification Minimum of 1 year of clinical Urology experience Proficiency in procedures like ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy Familiarity with Cerner EMR system Experience with robotic surgeries (preferred but not required) Ability to perform procedures using disposable flexible cystoscopes Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Prior hospital-based Urology practice experience Certified or eligible for additional certifications in advanced urological procedures Other Requirements: Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications Willingness to undergo credentialing process ( 30 days) Ability to work day shifts (08:00 - 17:00, 5 days/week) This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $466.83, along with weekly pay via direct deposit.
