Required Skills: Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology PA State License (preferred for quicker onboarding) Valid DEA certification Minimum of 1 year of Urological practice experience Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Record system Strong surgical skills including cystoscopy, vasectomy, ureteroscopy, penile procedures, lithotripsy, circumcisions, and supportive OB procedures Ability to supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Excellent communication and patient management skills Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to diverse clinical scenarios Nice to Have Skills: Experience with robotic surgery Prior exposure to operating room procedures in a hospital setting Knowledge of Scope procedures and OR management Bilingual capabilities or additional language skills Experience with emergency care and pediatric urological procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Degree (MD or DO) with active Urology specialty certification At least one year of post-training clinical experience in Urology practice, preferably in hospital or surgical settings Familiarity with EPIC EMR and robotic surgery systems Other Requirements: Possession of valid PA medical license (preferred) DEA license required Credentialing process completion within approximately 90 days; temporary licensing options available with a clean file Availability for 5-day, day shift schedule (08:00 - 17:00) Willingness to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) Compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and hospital policies Ability to support emergency procedures and occasional pediatric cases when needed This is an outstanding opportunity for qualified urologists to join a supportive team committed to excellence in patient care.
