Required Skills: Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in urology Proficiency in general urology procedures and patient management Valid Pennsylvania medical license DEA certification Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Epic EMR system Experience in emergency or inpatient urology Familiarity with trauma hospitals and referral processes Additional certifications or specialized training in urology Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Proven track record of delivering high-quality urological care Prior experience working in a community hospital environment Other Requirements: Must be licensed in Pennsylvania Must possess or be eligible for DEA certification Willingness to support on-call duties, including weekends and holidays Ability to start within 90 days of credentialing completion No pediatric patients involved; focus on adult urology cases Commitment to providing 24-hour call coverage on scheduled weekends and holidays This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $3,399.63, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
