What You Will Need:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE)
• Valid Pennsylvania Medical License
• DEA Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system
• Ability to support 24-hour call shifts and weekend coverage, including holidays
• Capable of managing inpatient and ER cases (excluding pediatric patients)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a community hospital environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in trauma or emergency urology cases
• Additional certifications related to urology subspecialties
• Proven ability to work efficiently within a small team setting
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and interdisciplinary collaboration

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• At least 5 years of practical experience in urology practice
• Proven track record of managing diverse urology cases in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Pennsylvania medical license in good standing
• DEA license
• Willingness to participate in a 24-hour call schedule
• Credentialing processing within an estimated 90 days; expedited credentialing available for qualified candidates
• Temporary privileges available with a clean license

Hourly Pay Rate: $3,399.63
