- Start Date: 07/20/2026
- End Date: 26 weeks from start date
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with Friday clinic every 3rd week
- Call: Monday-Sunday every 3rd week
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Hematology/Oncology
- Average Daily Census: 12-15 patients
- Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics
- Procedures: Hem/Onc outpatient department
- EMR: Epic Beacon
- Support Staff: 3 NPs and a dedicated RN at one location; 1 NP and a dedicated RN at another location. Nurse navigators, palliative care, and dietician available at both locations.
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Clinic attached to a 21-chair infusion room and radiation oncology center at one location; 5-chair infusion center at another location.
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Virginia State License
- BLS
- DEA
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Flu vaccine
- Must have a clean background with no pending or settled malpractice cases
- Epic EMR experience required
- Providers must be comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- IMLC not accepted
