is a leader in industrial technology and sustainability. We’re looking for a CUI Program Manager to oversee the implementation and operation of our Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Program for the ABB Motion Business Area.
Responsibilities
Lead Motion’s CUI compliance program implementation and operationalization, ensuring adherence to U.S. regulations such as 32 CFR Part 2002, 32 CFR Part 170, 48 CFR Part 204, and other agency‑specific laws.
Develop and maintain the Business Area System Security Plan (SSP), Plans of Actions and Milestones (PO&AMs), and related documentation, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with business executives, functional stakeholders, and ABB’s U.S. Government Compliance team to monitor regulatory changes and coordinate the program’s response.
Assign and oversee key compliance roles, including control owners and performers, and ensure all personnel handle and safeguard CUI appropriately.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff as a domain subject matter expert in CUI processes.
Deliver periodic status reports on compliance posture, metrics, risks, and resource needs to leadership and the CUI Program team.
Promote a culture of integrity and compliance aligned with ABB’s global ethics program.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of program or project management experience in a large, matrixed organization.
Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800‑171, 800‑53, and the NIST Risk Management Framework as they apply to private sector CUI.
Experience leading or supporting DIBCAC High or Joint Surveillance assessments and teaching NIST controls to non‑technical staff.
Two (2) years of CMMC program experience or implementation of a NIST SP 800‑171 compliant environment.
U.S. DoD 8570.1‑IAM/IAT Level III certification or equivalent, with hands‑on experience in control implementation or security solutions.
Work authorization that permits employment in the United States.
Certifications such as PMP, CCP, CCA, CISA, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
