Key Responsibilities

Review and resolve pre- and post-trade compliance alerts in coordination with trading teams

Use SQL to analyze data, identify issues, and help automate manual compliance workflows

Support the maintenance and enhancement of compliance rules across OMS platforms

Maintain restricted lists and support wall-crossing and MNPI-related processes

Assist with regulatory monitoring and updates to internal policies and procedures

Contribute to audits, system enhancements, and ad hoc compliance-related projects

Partner across compliance, trading, and operations to improve workflow efficiency and strengthen controls

Qualifications

0-3 years of experience; May 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Financial services experience is strongly preferred

Interest in investment management, markets, and compliance

Exposure to compliance, OMS platforms, or trading environments is a plus, but not required

Experience with automation, AI tools, or process improvement is a plus
