- Independent CRNA practice model
- Surgeon maintains control of OR flow
- Provide anesthesia services across a variety of cases
- Collaborate with surgical team
- Manage perioperative care
- Bread and butter cases
- Orthopedics
- General Surgery
- Urology
- OB (birth cases)
- Occasional ENT (pediatrics)
- Primarily adults
- Occasional pediatric ENT cases
- No scheduled pediatric surgeries (referred to tertiary centers)
- Board Certified NBCRNA - Required
- Active Vermont license - Required
