• Office Equipment Available: Standard inpatient rehabilitation equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: Interdisciplinary rehab team, therapists, and support staff

• Oversight of interdisciplinary rehab plans
• Coordination of patient care and progress evaluations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Illinois medical license (CSR required)
• Board: Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with EMR (EPIC)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide inpatient rehabilitation care for adults with physical and neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and specialists.
• Develop and oversee individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Coordinate patient care transitions and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Participate in documentation and communication via EPIC EMR.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and credentialing standards.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care aligned with OSF HealthCare standards.
