Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls with warmth and professionalism
Schedule sales appointments by coordinating customer availability with sales team calendars
Ensure efficient routing and clear communication across multiple territories
Support administrative tasks such as permits and utility locates
Communicate clearly with customers, sales reps, and internal team members
Adapt to customer needs and handle conversations with professionalism and care

Qualifications

Experience:
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support is a plus

Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
